The ...
splay innovative table dual leg system optimizes adaptable and flexible table planning solutions for interior and exterior applications for multiple styles of caravans and campers.

Utilizing anodized aluminum sliding sections in combination with pivoting, rotating, and wall-mounted assemblies, legs and rails can expand or retract to accept variable top sizes and shapes. When folded, the lift-of-table assembly can be stored for safety in transit.

Featuring a dual-splayed rotating leg assembly in combination with a sliding rail system, the design offers planning flexibility for interior and exterior applications.

Features include a unique wall-mounted lift-off shoe bracket, enabling multiple pre-set height anchoring locations for tables, bars, desks, and counter activities.

Each leg is designed with sliding leg extensions for height adjustment, stability, and leveling. Simple cam-lock handles secure each adjustment function. The splay leg assembly is designed to fold flat for interior-to-exterior relocation and transit storage. Designed with aluminum extruded sections and plastic components, the lightweight assembly facilitates easy repositioning and durability in outdoor and indoor use.

The material composition of neutral anodized aluminum finishes with colored functional components expresses a clean, minimal modern aesthetic.

This didactic approach to the use of colored vs. neutral components is considered key to understanding each function and product operation.

HAIGHArchitects received a Special Mention for the Splay Leg System in the International Competition sponsored by Lippert and Desall. The contest challenged participants to design a new kind of table leg for the caravanning sector. The competition received 64 entries from 12 countries.
